I got a Neotel Neoflex mifi modem last week from Neotel Cedar Square. I was told I have excellent coverage where I stay in Ruimsig. There seems to be a problem because the EVDO signal goes to 0% several times a day and then there is no internet for 30-60 minutes. I have tried calling Neotel Cedar square and their phone always goes to voicemail. I have sent FOUR emails to [Email Removed] and nobody bothers to reply. Either this problem must be fixed or I want a full refund.
