To date we have made several complaints regarding our Neotel Voicemail Facility which is not working, we have even reverted to begging and pleading with Neotel to please rectify our technical problem we are currently experiencing with them, then to add even further salt to injury, it would now appear that our contact numbers are not working i.e. when contacting our office on either number be it 0218255800 or 0218289155 the caller is advised that THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED DOES NOT EXIST!! This means that our clients & suppliers cannot contact us, let alone leave a voicemail if our lines are engaged. Neotel this is outrageous and totally unacceptable, if this problem does not get rectified immediately you can take it as read that we will be requesting legal counsel with our company attorney and we will be lodging a formal complaint with the DTI Office of Consumer Protection (OCP) as your lack of support at resloving this issue has gone on for long enough, we will even ask that the DTI Office look into your entire modi operandi when it comes to products you supply to consumers verses the backup and support you have given us and anyone out there that has had the same problem!
