Ecause unsecure Sim-Swap Department

Good day HelloPeter

I need to report Mtn of being careless about its customers and I need them to pay what I have lost from the bank. On the 27th of September I was a R3750 via mobile transfer from my Bank so my bank does not want to refund me as they say its not their responsibility... Then MNT must refund me, in the day of MNT sent a message at 12:05 that someone is trying to sim-swap my card and I must call them immediately I have done that at 12:06 and we do security measures and I also ask the lady if the sim-swap has not yet happened and won't happen if I have done those security measures? then she said yes nothing had happened as yet and there won't be anything happening unless someone give the right answer to the security measure that I gave the lady that's all. When I find out my card was successfully sim-swapped by the frauderes I called mnt again and they said sim-swap was done before I called them at 12:06 but I got the message at 12:5, so since they don't stick on 2Hrs to 24Hrs of sim-swap time they promise it will take to change to your number I think MTN is liable for these Cyber Criminals to be able to take our moneys..please HelloPeter help me.
