I am really gettin sick and tired of vodacoms incompetence! In October I spoke to Corliso @ their legal dept who advised me that calls are recorded and that my banking details for the debit has been now loaded after my call to them. Also another lady, Pat or Cindy handled my complaint from Hello Peter and assured me the debit is def loaded. I explained to her I'm pregnant and don't need unecessary stress, due to this stress I was booked off ill from the 1st of November. Today I receive the fiollowing sms Your VODACOM a/c has been HANDED OVER to Burnard Raaff & Associates. Please contact Charne on 011 023 9160 to avoid any further Legal Action REF: 73890. I honestly have no words for Vodacom as I don't check my account, and aslo by being re-assured by their legal dept whom I phoned and their service consultant who handled my previous complaint, I really thought that is was safe to put my minds @ ease and that the debits would be lodged every month as I requested! I want this resolved or I'm going to the papers aswell! What more did url want me to do! I did my part and url didn't yet I'm threatenend by that stupid sms! Pathetic beyond words! they didnt load the debit order after being
