I had a phone contract with vodacom the company i worked for was liquidated and i informed vodacom regarding that and advised that them i wont be be able to make full payments and they agreed but to my suprise they handed my account over to Jacobs Burnard and Associates my acc was handled by Mavis who told me i was not listed on the ITC and i need to make payments. I have asked LuciD LEGAL to assist in clearing my name but vodacom refuses to remove my name from ITC saying that they gave me a FINAL letter of deman of which i didnt receive that letter no one called me to advise me that i need to pay my account before 20 days or I will be listed. This has affected me negatively I really someone to sort this out for me please
