Still no feedback received since last complaint

I still await feedback from Vodacom! Url service is gone from Bad to Worse!! For url imcomptence I must receive smses from attorneys, espcially after url assured me url have changed the debit order to my new account, this was done by Corliso @ ur Legal and also the person handling my 1st complaint, Cindy. Now I received this sms, Court Batch 1/01112013/73890. REMINDER to pay VODACOM a/c TODAY to avoid court order deduction from salary. 011 023 9160. Ignore if payment was made. Donot tempt me to Sue url for emotional traumaa/stress!! as i dont know how else to get through to yourl, and also just giving birth i HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS... for url mess ups i must be held liable, i am lost for words...
