To (kevin william) or who ever that sees this at vodacom

I didn't think I will find my self doing this again regarding the handset which was offered to me by vodacom. You personally assured me that you will sort the matter I take it that as Unprofessional and dishonest.

My account has been debited twice since we spoke November and December, I went to the bank and I was told that Vodacom has deducted twice different amount from the old debit not only that they by passed and took my money after notifying my bank to stop all unauthorised debits. I call that can I get this Reversed ASAP and I demand my bank charges paid for by Vodacom as this is now an inconvenience I am tired of this please sort this out before I take legal action for.

Freaking annoying incompetence.
