I logged my complain at HELLO [URL Removed] and vodacom people started to predent as if they are handling my issues of on my name. Them saying I have a contract with them.

The two people Rashieda and Edward Billing made me fax AGAIN all the information they needed. I had to use my company time to go sort what they needed, only for them to keep quite after i had to email them and ask for the feedback as they promised they said my issues is with Analysis Team, which had never called me or give me any feedback.

Bad enough after a long earster weekend to come to your email and find a letter from the laywer saying I will be charged for their time. First my matter was with some lawyer call Sonia Theron who promised to sort it out than went quite for Mounths and now same company called Burnard, Raaff & Associates lady call Sonja sends me the latter of legal action when i call she tells me I have to pay vodacom, I tell her the story she than asked me to fax again the same document i sent yo Edward cos Edward didnt sent it to her.

this is going on for 3 year now. How can two campanies fail to sort one issue (Vodacom & Burnard, Raaff & Associates). Im tired now
