Approach Nedbank in october2013 out of free will to make pmt arrangements on my loan. Consultant confirmed that my debit order was loaded with agreed pmt arrangement. First debit went of 23rd October 2013. Today I got an threatening sms that my account has been handed over to their Attorneys. I called... did not got anywhere. I was told by antonette the consultant its my mistake I must call every month to confirm debit order collection. she told me debit order was only loaded for October2013. she refused to hand me over to her supervisor. Supervisor (Mrs Louw) finally took call. Oh my word from bad to worse!!! she told me I request a once of debit order. now really!!! does that make sense. She told me its my responsibility to check if debit orders go through my bank account. My responsibility is to make sure there is enough money for my debits. it not my responsibility to call nedbank every month to remind them to take their money as I already loaded a debit order with instruction DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT TILL MY DEBT IS ON ZERO. I asked for recordings, she refused. they threaten me with legal action, refused the call recordings. BRING IT ON NEDBANK!!! BRING IT ON wth RECORDING
