BAD SERVICE! BAD SERVICE!
after speaking to five consultants I still have no resolution.
17/09/13 consultant no 1 - Buti Motlaount, promised me that my quotation has been processed, only to find out on the 23/09/2013 that it wasnt processed after i called to track the delivery. consultant no 2 - Bokelwa Halti, told me the iphone 5 is dicontinued both black and white. 26/09/13 consultant no 3 - Bhekumuzi Ntuli, processed another quotation saying that only black iphones are discontinued not the white ones, he promised me delivery of a white iphone by no later than Tuesday, 1 October 2013. A message then came through to say it was upgraded toaa my meg 500 instead of a top up 315 as i requested! and the another sms saying its been reversed! 26/09/2013 Consultant 4 - Maali, cut me off. Consultant no 5 - Beverley Thswene promised me a call back to say weather shes found a phone for me. Shes working with her supervisor Sheryll Moodley on finding one. I've been a loyal vodacom customer for years... Really?! is this the type of service you offer customers?! five consultant and nothing? not to mention my air time that I use to call every time and hold on for long periods of time. DISGUSTING.
