I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 on 11 December 2013 when a consultant phoned me. Note that this is 7 weeks later now, where the website falsely promises next day delivery. I have received NO PRODUCT whatsoever. Whenever I phone the call center (082 1950 or 082 1945) my call is either disconnected before a consultant even answers, or seemingly dropped by the consultant when they are unable to help, or I am promised that a superior will call me back but have not received a single call from ANY member of Vodacom staff. I cannot re-apply for a tablet as the website says pre-approval has already been processed for my ID number. I have received invoices for my tablet, but no tablet. Every time I speak to a consultant they have a COMPLETELY different story, one would tell me that the order has never been processed another would say it is dispatched, another that it is out of stock. The last attempt at dealing with a consultant I was promised that I would have received my tablet by yesterday. I have e-mailed the customer care address and have not received a response WHATSOEVER. I have tried the chat function on your website and have been told that they are unable to help.
