My wife ordered a new iphone from this store in November last year. She was told it would take 2 weeks and that someone from the store would contact her as soon as her new phone arrived. To date she has not received a call back from the store and the only contact she has had with them has been when she has phoned them to query the status of her order. She called again this morning and was told that the only iPhone they had for her was a blue one (she wanted white). She decided that she would just get the blue one but when she arrived there for the phone the consultant appeared with a white iPhone 5C which is exactly what she wanted in the first place! After doing all the paperwork the vodacom consultant realized that that they didn't have any SIM cards in stock so now she has been told that she has to wait until next week Wednesday. The whole experience with this store has been a joke with no one taking accountability for anything over and above a complete lack of communication. They still have the nerve to display certificates for service awards in the shop itself!
