Repeated incidents of unaccetable service

I very specifically ordered a black iPhone 5 from Cell C Direct on December 27th. I was told that Cell C Direct will ship whatever is first available, to which I responded asking that the order stipulate not to ship until black is available, or to cancel the order. The consultant assured me that the order was marked to ship black only, irrespective of which colour is first available.
After multiple calls to call centre, no feedback. Could live with that, but > month later they deliver a white iPhone 5, I'm told 'because I had been waiting for a long time'. So I called the call centre who said that because I had rejected the delivery, I had to wait until they received it back in the warehouse and processed the return, at which point my order would be recaptured and I would join the back of the queue. Obvious question, how many iterations of this should I expect?
This is following Cell C Direct taking >3 weeks to ship a sim card for my Giga20 data contract, and activating the contract before I was in receipt of a microsim (they initially shipped and automatically activated) a regular size sim (again I was very specific that I needed a microsim). Stay with Vodacom.
