I took out a new contract in June 2013, I missed the OBF period but since inception the phone i was issued with has been faulty. Your in house Cactus system will bare witness to this.
I booked the phone in 3 or 4 times till date and the problem has still not been resolved.
I get the phone back saying the problem has been fixed only to find out a few days later the problem persists.
Pathetic stock of handsets if you ask me or Nashua is selling faulty stock
