For the past month or so I have been having endless days of poor service from Vodacom, starting with me number porting to the service provider. Firstly it took me nearly a week to have my sim swap completed and active and then when I applied for a new contract online, I was given a ref number and told that the phone was out of stock and was placed on back order.
A week later I called in to follow up on my delivery and then only I get told that the phone has been discontinued and cannot be supplied. No body bothered to tell me this and also I don't quite understand why they are advertising items that they no longer stock.
I am very upset about this and I would like a for them to find that phone on that contract as no one could have cared enough to contact me and tell me what the problem is.
I think the biggest mistake I made was to number port to a service provider that offers no sort of service to their clients.
