Number porting to new undelivered sim card

It has been almost three weeks now since I complained on this website about my new contract I opened at Vodacom only to find that my old number could not be ported because a new number has already been registered. I was then contacted by Vodacom who said they will resolve the issue by supplying me with a new sim card free of charge and will then activate the number (0834625341) I want to port. I have to date not received or heard anything from Vodacom. I ordered my phone and started my contract over the internet and the delivery was within a week. I have been helped by Eltino Martin and a Kagiso lady and many other people at the call centre and every time I was given a new delivery date and told that there is no stock of sim cards. Every time I have to explain my situation to the people from the start because nothing has been put on their system. THERE IS STILL NOTHING REGISTERED AT VODACOM THAT I WANT MY NUMBER PORTED!! I am a new client who was na? ve enough to think that Vodacom will provide better service than my previous cell provider. Vodacom is clearly not the leader in the industry it claims to be
