Telkom Mobile overcharging

I went to a Telkom Mobile store yesterday to buy a 3G Wi-Fi modem. I asked about the price of the modem and the price advertised was R700. Once I had paid by card, I received my slip which showed the they had charged me R1000. I asked the store manager about this and he checked the price on the system which was R700. When I kindly asked for a refund I was told that I would not be given one even though the advertised price and till price was R700. I can only imagine I am not the only customer being subjected to this whereby Telkom Mobile are overriding the system to overcharge customers.

Be careful when going there because I assume they will be doing this to you too.
