Vodacom advertise if you place an order online, someone will contact you within 48 hours to complete the order. FALSE ADVERTISING. The reference number generated did not actually correspond with opening an order there for no-one got back to me to complete the order. Eventually completed the order. Advertise online for next day delivery, again FALSE ADVERTISING! So almost a week later I phoned on Monday to find out that the person who filed the order used the wrong code so the order was not processed, however the issue has been resolved, and its with the courier company. (But because Vodacom only corrected their mistake after 12 I can't expect the next day delivery but should be there by the following day). Three days later and no delivery only to be told there is actually no stock. So the consultant (similar culture to FALSE ADVERTISING). If it was with the courier company, why has it not arrived yet and how is there no stock.
