Incompetent staff, non-functional systems

Enter into a new contract in December 2012 (early upgrade) with the said service provider. Contract option: Straight Up 200 Topup Device at R496/month for 24 months, Migration date 10th April 2013). Previous contract was a Blackberry but deactivated sameday that i received the current Samsung S111.Since Janaury up to May 2013 my e-billing statement was charged under Blackberry.(BIS, Internet and GPRS services charged seperately). A company called LIFESTYLE called me 20th April promoting their product which i can't tell even now what is it, to my surprise the April bill included chargings from this company. I reported the matter at The Grove, i was informed that it was rectified. May statement same problem. I have been to 4 Autopage outlet with my problem but with help. Called ACCOUNT DPT 3rd May, their Call center on the 5 July (ref no A1307034326) the agen't comments said i had a credit quiery (How Amazing) 12 August an agent who had no knowledge at all told me to pay for the service and stop complaining. June billing statement indicate payment of R2, 323.14 Outstanding R149.48.July billing R2728.15, current R665.60.No investigations done, only final demands by e-mail.
