Billing/accounts/ Discrapancy on agreed contract

I have a contract with Altech autopage for the past 20 months. which have been running smoothly since i took it for the amount of R329.. Then the problem started last year when i saw that inslt amount change to go up to R346. when i called i was advised that my Clip (Caller identity) was cancelled of which i don't know why. but i asked for it to be activated and i was told i will be charged for it. when i asked why cos it was on my service all along which was included on R329.00

Nevertheless on the 30 November i got a new phone (Samsung S4 Active) upgrade to the current contract. the gentlemen that sold me the phone said i will be on the same contract till my current contract elapsed before the new contracts kicks in. but on the 10th of January i got an SMS to say i have been successfully migratted, again i call to enquire about this only to find out that there was 2 extra charges that i have been chargered for devices that i don't have, this was on the 13/01/2014. on the 15/01/2014 i log on to my account only to see that there other charges i being charger. when i called i was told that they were internet chargers. of which i never used internet. when i said i dispute these as
