Credit where credit is due

Last night I lodged a complaint with Telkom regarding a terrible line and intermittent internet connectivity. I lodged the complaint, ironically, through the internet and received an sms almost immediately confirming the complaint. This was roughly 7pm.

This morning at 8am, there was a service consultant whose name now evades me :( He had the problem solved (corrosion and water damage) within an hour. The phone is now crystal clear and the internet is back to normal.

Thank you Telkom for restoring some of my faith in parastatals and more importantly, yourselves. I hope the great service and great attitude lasts.
