MTN im tired of calling you guys for a simple query, i want to change my tariff plan to MTN ZONE i dialled *141*4*2# on my phone then it says i am not allowed, i called the call centre last month they said i am allowed to change tariff plan after a month, come this month i called again they couldn't do it case was loged 3 weeks ago. and if i do follow up they say technical department hasn't responded yet, isn't turnaround time 2-24 hours??? i am really FED UP. I want my tarrif to be changed today.
