All I wanted was a tariff change

I used 8ta's used service '*180#' to change my tariff plan from 8ta More to Sim Sonke. To my surprise two hours passed and it hadn't changed, I called the call center, who then told me that it may take up to 24hrs. 24hrs passed and still there was nothing. I then called them again and again, but still nothing. At this I wonder if it is possible to change tariffs at 8ta or I am reaching for the stars. I mean, with other networks it would change an instant I get off the used service, not take the whole week.
