I HAVE A HUAWEI SLIM 7 TABLET WITH CELLC ON CONTRACT EXPIRING JULY 2014, THE CHARGER IS FAULTY AND I CAN'T USE THE TABLET .I WENT TO CELLC SHOP THEY TELL ME I MUST ORDER THE CHARGER MYSELF FROM CHINA, THUS POOR SERVICE!!! HOW CAN THEY SELL PRODUCTS TO US ON A 2 YR CONTRACT KNOWING THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SUPPORT THAT PRODUCT!!! NOW WHAT MUST I DO WITH THAT CONTRACT IF I CAN'T USE THE CELLPHONE AND THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY THEIR CONTRACT BUT I CAN'T USE IT!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH CELLC, I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE TO VODACOM OR MTN KNOWING THAT I GET FULL SUPPORT THROUGH OUT THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT RATHER THAN BE WITH CELL C WHO CLAIM TO BE CONSUMER CHAMPIONS BUT THEY CAN'T EVEN SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS ..ITS SO PATHETIC THAT YOU ONLY GOT A BIG MOUTH BUT YOU CAN'T PRACTICE WAT YOU PREACH ..HOPE EVERYONE WILL SEE THROUGH YOU AND STOP BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS AND GO WITH OTHER RELIABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!
