Inability to perform a service

Lo and Behold, after sending in my phone for repairs on the 21st of August, I finally received my phone back on the 20th of September. I was not at work so I only managed to lay my hands on the phone this morning the 23rd of september 2013. With the phone came a quality report stating that everything was checked and the phone is in excellent condition.passed by the QC and administrator and all those people that seem to work while not really getting the work done. Well, anyway, I must admit, I was terribly excited to finally have my phone back, after paying for the contracts, even without the phones. I inserted my sim card and memory card, stepped outside and would you believe it, the phone is doing exactly what I had sent it in to have repaired. The focus on the screen was running all over the place. There was no control on what was highlighted and where I wanted it to be. So, after waiting for a month, I get back the phone with the same problem as I sent it in with. What are you people up to over there? Why to everyone about your service when your'll are actually useless and I am still being charged for all of this. Keep clear of this useless bunch. totally disgusted
