ARE YOU MY MONEY VODACOM?

On 22 February Vodacom delivers my new Iphone, which i only activated on the 23rd. According to Vodacom they couldnt activate my new tariff plan-which is a data plan till 28 February. They neglected to inform me that as a result they will charge my data at R2 per mb. On 28 February it was activated.

Now my March invoice which reflect service rendered in February reflects the subscription fees of the new tariff plan-which was only activated 28 February (because vodacom systems can only change plans month end)? so end February I pay for a full subscription-not even pro-rata for services I never received, and end March I will be paying March subscription?

I sent their CLO an email last night, got a read receipt but no response. This morning called 111, Lerato's explanation was that its because their billing is from 3 March, so why not pro-rata 20 Feb to 3 March? she put me on hold for 13 minutes and then hung up!

I WANT ANSWERS VODACOM! OR ELSE I AM NOT PAYING THIS BILL! THIS LOOKS DISHONEST/ LOOKS LIKE FROM WHERE I AM STANDING.
