Cell C Staff Airtime from my Cell C No'!!

I have been with Cell C for 15 years and this is the first time I am encountering a problem with my Network.
3 months ago I was due and upgrade but decided that I would not be upgrading, sent them an email and since then every month on the 15th my airtime as been depleted but not by me! I have called the contact centre on about 6 occasions, been put on hold for more than a half an hour at a time, spoken to Team Leaders, Snr Team Leaders and still no one can assist me. I was told recently that "I" changed my tarrif plan, was given airtime twice, I denied changing a tariff plan, denied using the airtime, denied using the internet on the days and times they say I have used it. It even shows on their side that I did not make any calls. I requested the sites that was visited, where it was downloaded, no one can give me answers. To top it all, I now have to pay double because they claim I changed my tariff plan and i got the airtime so I need to pay... to which i vehemanently denied because I DID NOT USE THE PHONE!! I am at the end of my rope, with an account I pay every month but No one can give me answers as to who is using my airtime. I am so certain it is one of the Cell C staff!
