I've had a contract with Vodacom for the past 7months and so does my wife, part of our contract is a Samsung tablet 10.1 which has being repaired five times. We lose important mails, picture's etc all of our downloads as well as when it gets repaired it is wiped clean.
It was returned last week after being repaired again... waiting for it to pack up... will be sixth time in 7 months...
Spoken to TEN different people including the VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE, TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT and the REPAIR CENTRE... wish someone could help.
