Vodacom cannot repair my Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE

I booked in my Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE for a replacement of the front screen as mine broke when it fell. I was told the repair should be complete in 24-48 hours after the insurance approves. This approval was given on 4 April. Vodacom now claims that they cannot get stock of the part from Samsung and have now decided (19 April) to send my phone to the Advanced Repair Centre even though they also don't have the part in stock. This was supposed to be a simple repair job which they cannot seem to be able to do. I have logged a complaint with the Repairs Escalation department and it seems they also cannot get this sorted. I now have to pay extra money on my contract to have my old Blackberry reactivated. I feel the reasonable time to repair the phone has passed. Vodacom and Samsung should now take responsibility and give me what I am paying for. Either fix my phone and return it to me or replace my phone at their cost because they are unable to fix it. I am insured through Vodacom so the repair has to be done through Vodacom.
