Sorted software problems on BlackBerry Tablet

I bought a BlackBerry tablet second-hand, but had problems with the software that kept asking for the previous owner's BlackBerry ID even though we removed it numerous times before. I took it to Vodacare in Vanderbijlpark since I was using Vodacom data. The line for technical support was long, resulting in my waiting for 45 mins to be helped, but Louisa was very helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended a security wipe which she promptly did, and reinstalled the software on the Tablet, even setting up my gmail account from scratch. She even updated my blackberry phone's application of WhattsApp while that was reloading. She spoke Afrikaans to me and answered all my questions. I think she went the extra mile since the tablet is not a Vodacom product, although we use Vodacom data.

My only complaint is that one has to drive distances to get to a Vodacare sinde the Voadshops are worthless with staff not interested or capable of in helping customers. They're just interested in selling phones and contracts, but once that's done, they don't want to help the customer whose money they're taking. I whish all Vodacom's employees had Louisa's great attitude and skills. Well done!
