Q5 vodacom blackberry is fault product

1. I bought 2 Q5 &took more than 2weeks to receive my product, vodacom don't want to take responsibilty on that, then ok is fine.
2. I final receive my phone on 20 Aug, activated after 2 days on 22 Aug.
3. billed more than 300 for data &calls as extra charge to my 299 subscriptions.
4. betwen 9-11 sep the camera stop working & voda agent advice me to take it 2 vodacare in my own cost bcs is after 7days
5. on 12 Sep I took phone to vodacare &later on i received msg 2collect my phone, thanks i tested my phone while im still on the shop &the camera was not fixed &I was told that is software problems, they will send phone to blackberry and i was given LG phone (loan without charge) to use it will my phone send to blackberry which might last 2weeks or more. this LG have no what up, bbm or any comparable standard to march my Q5 services is completely uselless.
6. I contacted sales and spoken with rude LERATO, she never gave me even a chance 2explain my stories, and final she laugh at me 4 been stupid i guess(#not laugh with me but laugh at me) I was told that is my baby if my software camera is not working bcs 7days rules n later she 2me n tel me her sups wil b in touch
