1. When we asked to see a doctor from the front table in the wards, we were ignored for 10 minutes until we had to ask again. Then we were attended to another 10 minutes later. When we asked to see the patient's doctor or at least an intern, we received no response.
2. The patient is barely checked on when timely observation is every 2 hours. They are being ignored during the day and at night.
3. The patient's room is not being properly cleaned. There are opened needles left out and not thrown away.
4. The patient's file is not being updated. The last update on the file is dated 11/11/23, and no updates have been done even when the recovery process is completed.
5. Snarky comments were made to the patient about their income and coming to Helen Joseph hospital when questioning about discharge.
