BAD SERVICE AND VERY UNHELPFUL!

I recently complained about the disgusting service I received at your Sandton Vodaworld branch. I have never had a reply or an apology. Not to mention I was left on HOLD FOR OVER 30 minutes to your customer care line, I eventually HUNG UP THE PHONE.
I have a Blackberry Bold 9900, it has been giving me problems for months now. I was told to back up the phone & do a software upgrade. I went into Vodacare in Sandton so they could help me. All I got was disgruntled & rude consultants insisting that the phone be booked in. I explained I couldnt book the phone in as I have been unable to back up the data & if there was someone who could help me. NO, SORRY, YOU HAVE TO BOOK THE phone in!
I have spent the last 2 days trying to back up the phone, I have tried on TWO different computers & there is CLEARLY something wrong with the phone. As it reaches the completion of the back up, the back up fails & I get an error message saying the phone was disconnected, which it wasn't. I have tried this several times. I cannot do a software upgrade if I can't back up my data! Blackberry tell me VODACOM are responsible, so Vodacom, you need to help me now. I AM NOT waisting more time on this
