Bad service

I initially called the call centre to confirm a package deal and was told that I could go to apple store in gateway or vodacom store to do upgrade. Both stores were unable to help me with upgrade. It is highly frustrating as an upgrade should be a simple process. Services seems to be getting bad to worse.
My contract is now past it's upgrade date.
Vodacom has a serious communication issue internally.
