Ugrade reversal

Upgraded through a rewards company (14 January) and was sent the incorrect device. I then cancelled the upgrade (16th jan). The device was collected on 21jan but the upgrade was not cancelled. Eventually on the 25th jan, after numerous calls to vodacom and the rewards company, the twitter support team called that the contract was now cancelled. On the 27th I walked in to a vodacom store and tried to upgrade. The upgrade went through but I was still liable for the payment of the incorrect device that was returned - since then I have been trying to get the incorrect billing removed with no success. I have tried the rewards company, vodacom store and vodacom upgrade line. I can now not upgrade until the erroneous amount of R6, 960 is removed. Also, my contract has subsequently been changed to the package stipulated in the upgrade cancellation. It has been 17days since the cancellation - frustrating as I can't proceed with my upgrade.
