Upgrade Re-Issue lack of communication

I have called in everyday to Vodacom upgrade department, no one has returned my call and give me feedback. I URGENTLY need to get my upgrade cellphone. I requested vodacom to escalate the service request but no one could tell me when i can get my upgrade. I urgently need to get it as im leaving Cape Town soon
