This is the second follow up after an initial complaint about terrible service in the Bedfordview area. I have had vanilla acknowledgements and promises of 24 hour action, but what has happened... absolutely nothing. Their promises of action are so much hot air. Obvioiusly these characters are more interested in signing up new customers, than in making sure they have sufficient infrastructure to ensure existing paying customers get the service they are contracted to provide. Where is the Regulator? How do they justify being given a licence to operate? Where is the compensation for all the dropped calls that are charged for. Are we as paying customers expected to take this abuse without recourse?
Having been given a licence to print money, the telcoms Regulator should demand acceptable performance of the networks obligations, failing which the licence should be revoked.
