SSDA has been harrassing me for the last few months threatening me with legal action for for tv licence fees. I have replied to them each and every time with the following statements:
1. I do own a TV. 2. My wife has a TV licence as I stated in my email below. 3. Are you saying that we need 2 TV licences, one in each of our names? 4. My previous TV was rented from Teljoy with a licence provided by Teljoy as I also explained in my previous emails. 5. I have never sold a TV. 6. My TV was never . 7. I have no idea where my invoice is. 6. I bought a TV for my Mother in 1994 as a gift.
I have requested that they go through with their threats and take me to court so it can be settled once and for all but it seems they don't want to do this.
