In 1999 our tv broke and we were declared insolvent and the SABC were notified. Then in 2005 my wife bought a new tv and took out a licence in her name number 429395692 which is up to date. In 2005 syman & venote contact me and the situation were explained and proof submitted. However in 2008 Van de Venter, Majopelo Inc contact me again and once again the situation were explained and documents submitted. An now I get messages once again that they are busy with legal action against me. The law states once licence per household. We have one licence in our household. Why do they waist money and efford to pester me with a valid TV licence while there is 1000's of people without valid tv licences? How many more times would they like me to explain the situation???
