I am very disappointed at one of Mtn's staff for such incompetency I lost my phone on the 13th of Sep 2013 and I reported it.. I took the time out of work to get all the necessary documentation and submit it to the Mtn Store in Palm Springs Mall on the 14th and mind you I am now situated in Pretoria only to find that that guy by the name of Buny had not submitted my claim 5 days later!!! I do not understand why this had to happen I really need my phone and I have already had emergencies where I was not contacted due to this... Now really what do I need to now?? go back to the Vaal and actually query this??? This is soooo upsetting I do not have the time to run around considering the money that I pay and I get such service??? I really am going to cancel my contact because really this is not working for me really... this loyalty that I have to Mtn has really been thrown out the window. And now I will be debited for something I do not have. Now I have no number to receive back on if ever!!!
