I went into the Palm Springs mall Shoprite very late in the evening on a month end, everyone knows how busy that can be in shoprite, i went in to buy 1 item which were pantihose, I went up to a lady working at the kiosk and asked if she can help me with this one item, with a very rude and arrogant attitude she said to ne bluntly NO i need to go to the long ques, not in the mood to argue i went to the back of a que. As i was standing in the que a friend of the kiosk lady walked in and they started chatting this ugly kiosk girl even walked her friend to go get a few items in the shop and came back to sell for the friend. So i want Palm Springs Management Tumi as one of the managers to tell me if is this how shoprite operates or is this how things are in the location where they assume we are all illeterat and stupid. I wish the people could stop buying from palm springs shoprite those girls think they working in a beauty parlour. TERRIBLE SERVICE
