Good day, I just want to share my disappointment and utter frustration with Sterns Vaal Mall. I had to submit a claim for a watch. On the 2nd July I submitted my claim with all the supporting documentation to the branch (I did not get the name of the sales person- and every time there after it was a different person assisting me) on the 20th July I went in requesting feedback on my claim and the sales person advised (with no sense of urgency or any sign of willingness to assist me) that I will have to wait for a month before I can expect any feedback. On the 16th August knowing that it was now indeed longer than a month, I went to the store to follow up on my claim. After searching for my documentation for 20 minutes they had no feedback to give to me. They advised they will phone Head Office and phone me on Tuesday (20 August) which never happened. I phoned again this morning (30 August) and they still have no feedback to give me. I really think this kind of service or lack thereof is unacceptable. Sterns Vaal Mall you have lost a present and future client!!
