I am beyond angry I am so disgusted its even beyond me what really happens at that Mtn Shop really its the 28th of September and those people have still not submitted my claim and unfortunately my insurance will not be able to assist me because they did not send my documents because they lost them now I have to go back to the police station and write anther affidavit and I need to go to a different shop and I hope they do things right. its almost a month now I reported my phone lost on the 14th of Sep and Mtn really expects me to keep my contracts with them after this disgusting service with their incompetent service consultants I am truly disgusted and I have really lost all respect that I have. This is my 4th complaint and absolutely nothing has been done!!!
