I lost my phone on Friday 13 September 2013 I reported it the same day. The call centre consultants were extremely helpful which was awesome!!! I then did all the things I had to and provided all the required for my documentation even went to the police station and all just so that I can get my insurance claim done promptly. I contacted the insurance and 3 days later they didn't receive my claim??? I pay MTN a lot of money to be really treated like this... so does this mean I am going to wait another 2 weeks??? I really need my phone right now I cannot be contacted and I am excepting very important what's even worse is that I even provided that guy with an alternative number and I am still waiting... I am very disappointed.
