No feedback on committed on my acccount

In April 2012 i bought a cellphone via MTN direct an Iphone 4 and on the same day it was activated a Blackberry was also taken on my account when i didn't notice on the invoice until recently and i logged a complaint with MTN i was told to fax or email an affidavit and ID copy which i did after a week of no feedback i emailed the Trevashen Haripersad for feedback as he was handling my case he told me the documents i sent were not visible, i went back t o the police station did another affidavit this time taking it to the shop so that they can email it to him which they did, i took the time to ask him again after another week of no feedback and he said the documents are still not visible and that has been committed on my account, on the 12th September i went back to the police station made a third affidavit emailed it to him the next day still no feedback nothing i just want MTN to refund me the money they deducted from May 2012 till August 2013 for that Blackberry, i wont be renewing my contract with them
