After my first complain nothing happened, just shows that mtn cares less about their clients. Palm Springs store got robbed right after they had received my phone, no one bothered to contact me and tell me my phone has been repaired and it's ready to be picked up. Now I believ my phne has been and not even the store manager is able to get back to me as promised when asked he states "I forgot to call you"
I now have no choice but to report them to the consumer board as i am not getting the service i signed up for from th company and from the consultants. The store manager has been trying to find stock for the past week and still no luck and worsely he does not even contact me and when i try to call him he does not answer his phone. NB: I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY PHNE BEING BOOKED NOW IM HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING IT BACK!!! SOME KIND OF SERVICE THIS IS. Two months without a phone and it's all cause of some incompetent store consultants and worsely a manager who walks in the same light as them... imei number: 351602052605951- just incase your web forums people tell me i did not put on my details...
