On the 10th of January 2013 i visited shoprite Palm Springs in vaal, i bought only 2 items and decided to pay at the Kiosk, i was not treatred well by the 3 staff members, they told me that the items i bought are not paid at the Kiosk, i then asked for a policy or a notice board tthat indicated or sate that not all items are paid at the kiosk, they answered by saying i think i know better, they are used to customers like me, i can report them to the Head Office and nothing will happen to them, they were even making jokes about me in the presence of other customers
on the 11th of Jan I then reported the case to the Head Office, later that day Palm Springs Manager called me to understand my side of the story, the manager promised to call me back but till today no feedback was given to me by Shoprite management.
This was the worst experience i have ever encounterd in my life as a faithfull customer to Shorprite, i am disappointed about the handling of my complain.
