Really unhappy with the service I have been receiving from the MTN branch in middelburg, 1ste of all my contract was upgraded on the 3rd of september, yesterday the 17 of september I went to the store and found out that my laptop were their, then sylvester started to register my upgraded contract to scan the wrong modem, sent a email to MTN asking to change the modem, today I received a call from this person to let me know that their is no more modems available and my upgrade has been cancelled without my concent, I am deeply dissapointed in this branch, I seriously need that contract
