Changed Contract

I have been having a contract with MTN for a cellphone and modem (uncapped) since November 2011, then december 2012 i opened for a samsung tablet. last year september i went to upgrade for the phone (iphone 5, costing R479, but they billing me R530, and my modem that i was paying R289 has been changed from broadband 3G to 3GB 2GB FREE which does not have a fixed amount like my previous one, and when i upgraded i asked the consulted if nothing is going to change and she said the payment is still the same, this is just an upgrade, becuase i told her if it changes i dont want to uprade becuase this is all i can afford now my bills come back and i am being charged R7000, R2000.etc, my bill now is on R10000 and they say they wont change it and i must pay for it and its not what i had, they changed my contract without explaining to me, and now i am in debts and my name is dragged and before all this i was paying my contract.they say if i had not signed the papers or if what is written on the papers was wrong then they would credit me but i asked at the store and the said nothing to do with the change of my contrcat, now 3 of my contract as suspended becuase of a mistake that was done by mtn.
