I applied at MTN Wonderboom Junction for a wireless internet MTN Modem. I was approved for a contract within 3 days. I was then advised that they did not have modems in stock. I was then sent to a branch at Menlyn to collect a modem, I then drove 100km to Menlyn. On arrival I was advised that I cant get a modem as they did not do the application. They then re-applied for the contract. This is not what I was told at Wonderboom. It took 3 weeks for the contract to be approved. They phoned me to collect my modem. After driving 100km to fetch my modem I was advised that my modem had now been given to someone else. I then cancelled my contract because of incompetence.
